Kingdom Holding announces distribution of SR 1.03 bln cash dividend for 2022

The Board of Directors of Kingdom Holding Company approved the recommendation to distribute cash dividends from retained earnings during 2022 amounting to SR0.28 per share issued for the full year, approximately 1,037.6 million for the full year, representing a percentage of 2.8 percent of the nominal value of the share

This resulted from a meeting held on February 26, 2022 and the dates of maturity and exchange will be announced with the recommendation.

The company will announce the eligibility and payment dates in its announcement of the invitation of AGM that will be published later.
