TASI Changes Course to downward Trend, Closing slightly lower, at 12,179.32 pts

TASI, the main index of Tadawul stock exchange, ended trading slightly down, at 12,179.32 points, slipping only 3.19 points, with transactions worth as much as SR06.5 billion.

The volume of traded shares was 162 million, shared by more than 290 thousand deals, in which as many as 104 companies’ shares were advancers against 88 decliners.

Meanwhile the spread between the highest and lowest quotations was widening, with a very big gap ranging from 09.95% to 03.56%, as the margin has gone over 5-point.

For its part, the Saudi parallel market index NOMU, joined the main in its recess, too, as it lost 28.01 points to close, at 25,659.54 points, with transactions worth as much as SR59 million, and a huge volume of as much as 570 thousand traded stocks, shared by as many as 2,590 deals.
