Saudi Investment Bank Announces Start of Electronic Voting on EGA Meeting Agenda

With reference to The Saudi Investment Bank’s announcement on Tadawul on 11-01-2022 regarding the extended invitation to its respected shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (the first meeting) scheduled to be held at 19:30 PM on Tuesday 29-06-1443 corresponding to 01-02-2022 via modern technology means.

Saudi Investment Bank said that the e-voting on the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting agenda will be starting from 10:00 am on Friday 25-06-1443 corresponding to 28-01-2022 until the end of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting.
