UCA Appoints Khalid AlQazlan as BOD Independent Member

United Cooperative Assurance Company – UCA announced on Sunday the approval of the Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Khalid Mohammed AlQazlan, as independent member of the Board of Directors of the Company, as a replacement for the resigning member Mr. Khalid Bakr Aelm, according to the board resolution of the Board of Directors dated 14.10.2021 until the end of the current period of the Board of Directors on 13.01.2023

Mr. Khalid Mohammed AlQazlan holds a Master’s degree in Business administration from Colorado Technical University, and Master’s degree in Project management from Colorado Technical University.

“Board approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be put before the first General Assembly Meeting for approval.” the company said.
