Naseej Announces Results of Rump Offering and Final Allocation of Rights Issue Shares

Naseej International Trading Company is pleased to announce the results of the rump offering and the final allocation of Rights Issue shares. By the end of the rump offering period, the shares bid for amounted to 663.4%.

The company said that the “number of sold shares is 621770, the total proceeds of selling unsubscribed shares is SR 16,301,785.5 and the average price of sold shares is SR26.22 per share.”

It added that the net compensation for right issues and fraction shares owners is SR 10,084,085.5 and the date of depositing the shares into shareholders accounts will be on 2021-12-02.
