Makkah Chamber, Participating, in 12th Congress of World Chambers, in Dubai

Organized by the World Federation of Chambers of Commerce, under the motto: “Future Economy: The Next Generation of Chambers of Commerce”, the 12 congress will be held in conjunction with Expo 2020 Dubai, on 23-25 November.

Makkah Chamber, is the designate patron, of the world-wide commercial feat.

Makkah Chamber’s President and Vice-President of the Federation of Saudi Chambers, Hisham Kaaki, who is to head the federation’s delegation participating in the congress, explained that this event is an appropriate international platform for exchanging expertise and experience and reaching converging visions to enhance the private sector economy, on an international scale, he said.

Adding that the congress constitutes an opportunity to discuss challenges to trade, as well as global economic recovery prospects, in the aftermath of the pandemic.

Saudi Arabia has provided a distinctive climate for investment through packages of appropriate regulations and laws that protect the rights of the investor, with the aim of achieving sustainable and balanced development, he elaborated.

Along with creating real jobs to raise standards of living and luxury, finding favorable and advanced investments, and clarifying the great steps taken by the Kingdom to provide an opportunity for foreign investors, on the easiest terms, and the latest international standards, he stated.

Over the 3-day of the congress, and 44 dialogue sessions, will discuss a number of topics of common interest, including the challenges and opportunities available to chambers around the world.

In addition, to the growing role of public-private partnerships, health and safety standards, business resilience, preparedness for crises and future risks, and logistical support to the sector, in light of the new changes, and to identify the necessary tools to facilitate investment, in the post-pandemic stage.
