University of Jeddah Obtain High Class Recognized Global Rating

The University of Jeddah Obtain Global Rating at (301-350), in the Times classifications of higher education institutions in countries classified by the FTSE (Financial Times Stock Exchange Group) of the London Stock Exchange as “advanced emerging” or “secondary emerging”.

Such a category includes countries as China, Russia, Brazil, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, which are countries that have an advanced representation of the characteristics of advanced economies, where the classification uses the (13) performance indicators of global university rankings, and the classification consists of performance indicators in five areas: Teaching (learning environment); research (volume, income, reputation); citations (research effect); international outlook (staff, students and research);industry income (knowledge transfer), however, with different weights that reflect the priorities of university development, in emerging economies.

The university achieved this advanced ranking in its first entry in the international classification for this year, and this achievement comes within the university’s development plans for the objectives of its quality programs and its modern vision, which the university seeks to achieve within the of the Kingdom Vision 2030.
