SIRC CEO Participates in Climate, Biodiversity Week as part of Expo’s activities

The CEO of the Saudi Investment Recycling Company “SIRC” Eng. Ziyad Al-Shiha, participated in the Climate visions, and draw a clear road map for immediate action, in cooperation with the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment in the Emirates, and DP World, the official international trade partner of Expo 2020.

In a panel discussion on “Public-Private Partnerships to Empower Circular Economies”, Eng. Al-Shiha discussed the role of the circular economy in reducing environmental impacts, stressing the Kingdom’s commitment to ensuring a sustainable future, focused on environment, energy and climate.

He stressed the importance of the economy based on low-carbon energy sources, reviewing the role played by SIRC in achieving the strategic objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, in preserving the environment and developing and protecting natural resources, through the development of innovative solutions that preserve the quality of life, in the Kingdom.
