Shams Submits Capital Reduction File to CMA

Tourism Enterprise Co (Shams) announced on Sunday it had submitted the reduction of the Company’s Capital Application File to Capital Market Authority to obtain its approval.

The Tourism Enterprise Company (SHAMS) was established in 1991.

The company is listed in TADAWUL (Saudi joint stock company) since 1996, with market capital value more than SR340 Million.

The company is in a process of expanding throughout the region to cosmopolitan cities, lush islands, desert sands, heritage destinations, uncharted beaches and contemporary resort destinations.
