Jadwa Distributes SR31.6 mln Profits to Jadwa REIT Unitholders

Jadwa Investment Company announced on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for the third quarter of the year 2021.

The company said in a statement that the total distributed dividends totals SR 31,600,000,

It also explained that “the number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is 158000000.”

“Dividends will be paid within (40) business days post the eligibility date.” it added.

The cash distributions entitlement will be for unitholders as per the unitholders register on the end of 13-10-2021.

The Percentage of distribution ratio of the net assets as of 30-06-2021.

The Fund Manager also urged the unitholders to update their bank account information in order to ensure depositing the outstanding distribution to their accounts directly.
