TUCI Swings to SAR 63.6 Million Q2 Loss

Trade Union Cooperative Insurance Co. (TUCI) posted a second-quarter net loss after zakat of SAR 63.6 million, compared to a profit of SAR 49.3 million in the same quarter a year earlier, the company said on Monday.

Insurance operations posted a net loss of SAR 65.1 million, widening from SAR 44.2 million in Q2 2024.

For the first half of the year, TUCI reported a net loss of SAR 75.6 million, compared to a profit of SAR 52 million in the same period of 2024.

Loss per share stood at SAR 1.51, versus earnings of SAR 1.04.
