Sumou Real Estate Company reported a net profit of SAR 37 million for the second quarter of 2025, marking a 7.8% increase from SAR 34.3 million in the same period last year, according to preliminary financial results released on Sunday.
Despite the rise in net profit, operating profit declined 23.4% year-on-year to SAR 21 million, compared to SAR 27.4 million in Q2 2024.
Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 1.19, up from SAR 1.07 a year earlier.
