SAL to Distribute SAR 121.6 Million in Q2 2025 Dividends at SAR 1.52 Per Share

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company announced on Thursday that its board of directors has approved the distribution of cash dividends for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, totalling SAR 121.6 million, representing 15.2% of the share’s nominal value.

The dividends will be distributed to 80 million eligible shares at SAR 1.52 per share. The eligibility date is set for August 21, with the payment scheduled for September 9.
