Retal to Distribute SAR 55 Million in H1 2025 Dividends
Retal Urban Development Co. said on Monday that its board approved a cash dividend of SAR 55 million for the first half of 2025, equivalent to SAR 0.11 per share, or 11% of the share’s nominal value.
A total of 500 million shares are eligible.
The dividend record date is Sept. 29, with distribution scheduled to begin on Oct. 9.
