According to the Company, net profit increased by 15% year-on-year to SAR 79.9 million during the current quarter of 2025, accompanied by a decline in the net profit margin to 20.1%, compared with 23.4% during the same quarter of 2024. This improvement is due to the following factors:

– Increased revenues during the second quarter of 2025, driven by a rise in patient numbers; and

– Growth in gross profit, reflecting efforts to improve operational efficiency and rationalise costs.

The decline in the net profit margin is due to the following factors:

– Increased net profit during the comparative period compared with last year, due to the exceptional settlement of Zakat provisions; and

– Increased provision for expected credit losses, primarily due to slower recoveries.
