Equipment House distributes cash dividends for 2024 at SAR 1 per share

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company announced the Board of Directors’ recommendation to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for 2024 in the amount of SAR 30 million, equivalent to 10% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 300 million shares, at SAR 1 per share. Eligibility for cash dividends will be for shareholders registered in the company’s shareholder registry at the Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the date of the company’s General Assembly, the date of which will be announced later.
