Aramco Declares SAR 80.1 Bln in Q2 Dividends, Including Performance Payout

Saudi Aramco on Tuesday announced total shareholder distributions of SAR 80.11 billion for the second quarter of 2025, including SAR 79.29 billion in base dividends and SAR 0.82 billion in performance-linked payouts.

The total dividend translates to SAR 0.3312 per share—comprising SAR 0.3278 in base dividends and SAR 0.0034 in performance-linked dividends.

The performance-linked component is based on 70% of Aramco’s 2024 full-year free cash flow, net of base dividends and other adjustments, in line with the company’s policy of delivering sustainable and progressive returns.
