Anmat Opens Electronic Voting for Extraordinary General Assembly

Anmat Technology Trading Company announced on Thursday that electronic voting for the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) will be available to shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty platform starting at 1:00 AM on Sunday, August 17, 2025, and until the end of the meeting time on Tadawul website.

The company clarified that there will be a live video and audio broadcasting link for the GA Meeting through the available link on the Tadawulaty System.
