Alinma Hospitality REIT Posts SAR 24.17 Million H1 Profit

Alinma Capital has announced on Monday the availability of the preliminary audited financial statements for Alinma Hospitality REIT Fund for the period ending June 30, 2025.

Net profit reached SAR 24.17 million, while net assets reached SAR 1.02 billion.

Total expenses and fees for the period amounted to SAR 13.8 million.

The company stated in a statement today on Tadawul that the number of outstanding units at the end of the period reached 102 million, while the net value per unit reached SAR 10.03, and the return for the period was 2.34%.
