Alandalus Narrows Q2 Loss to SAR 10.1 Million

Alandalus Property Co. said on Sunday it narrowed its second-quarter net loss to SAR 10.14 million, compared to SAR 11.25 million a year earlier.

Operating profit rose 27% year-on-year to SAR 8.3 million, from SAR 6.5 million in Q2 2024.

However, the company posted a wider first-half net loss of SAR 11 million, compared with a SAR 6.5 million loss in the same period last year.

Loss per share for H1 2025 stood at SAR 0.12, compared to SAR 0.07 a year ago.
