Al Waha General Assembly Approves Business and Contracts with Related Parties

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Company has announced on Monday the results of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting), which included approval of the business and contracts concluded between the company and Hana Food Industries Company, in which board member Mr. Ahmed Hamoud Ibrahim Al-Dhiyab has an indirect interest.

The remaining items of the assembly that were voted on were as follows:

• Approval to discharge the board members from liability for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval to pay a bonus to non-executive board members in the amount of 600,000 riyals for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.
• Approval to amend Article Four of the company’s Articles of Association, relating to the company’s objectives.
