Al-Andalus Distributes SAR 23 Million in Cash Dividends for H1, 2025

Al-Andalus Real Estate Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute SAR 23 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2025.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 93.3 million shares, with a dividend of SAR 0.25 per share, representing 2.5% of the nominal share value. The distribution date is September 4, 2025.

The company explained that dividends will be distributed via automatic deposits into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks through the Securities Depository Center Company.
