Umm Al Qura Cement: GA Meeting Not to Be Held Due to Lack of Quorum

Umm Al Qura Cement Company announced on Tuesday that the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First and Second Meetings) scheduled for July 21, 2025, will not be held due to the lack of a quorum.

The Company stated in a statement on Tadawul that it will later call for an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Third Meeting) after setting a date and obtaining the approval of the relevant authorities. The Third Meeting will be held regardless of the number of voting shares represented therein.
