SPC Appoints Saad Al-Khorayef as Chairman, David Henderson Named Vice Chairman

Saudi Parts Center Co. (SPC) announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ Decision to appoint Mr. Saad bin Abdullah Al-Khorayef as Chairman of the Board (Non-Executive), and Mr. David George Henderson as Vice Chairman (Non-Executive).

This comes in reference to the results of the SPC’s Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Monday, June 23, 2025, during which the Board of Directors was elected for the current term, which begins on the date of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting on June 23, 2025, and ends on June 23, 2029.

The SPC also announced the Decision of the Board of Directors elected during its meeting held on July 06, 2025, to form the Audit Committee as follows:

– Mr. Mamdouh Waddah Sabri (Chairman of the Committee – Independent);

– Mr. Ammar Al-Alzubaidi (Member – Non-Executive); and

– Mr. Ahmed Al-Ansari (Member – Non-Executive).
