Seven Saudi banks have announced interim cash dividends totalling SAR 13.12 billion for the first half of 2025, reflecting strong financial performance and a continued commitment to rewarding shareholders.
Saudi National Bank (SNB) topped the list, declaring a dividend of SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 6 billion, or 10% of capital. The entitlement date is set for August 3, with distribution scheduled for August 14.
Riyad Bank approved a dividend of SAR 0.85 per share, representing 8.5% of the nominal share value, for a total payout of SAR 2.54 billion. Shareholders registered by August 4 will receive the dividend on August 17.
Arab National Bank declared a dividend of SAR 0.65 per share, equal to 6.5% of the share’s nominal value, with a total distribution of SAR 1.29 billion. The payment will be made on August 6 to shareholders on record as of July 27.
Banque Saudi Fransi announced a cash dividend of SAR 0.55 per share, equivalent to 5.5% of the nominal value, totalling SAR 1.37 billion. The payout is scheduled for August 13, with the record date set for July 27.
Bank Albilad approved an interim dividend of SAR 0.45 per share, net of Zakat, equal to 4.5% of the nominal value. The total payout stands at SAR 675 million, with the entitlement date set for August 5 and distribution scheduled for August 20.
The Saudi Investment Bank declared a cash dividend of SAR 0.4 per share, or 4% of nominal value, totalling SAR 498.93 million. Eligible shareholders by the close of trading on August 4 will receive the payout starting August 12.
Alinma Bank, meanwhile, announced a dividend of SAR 0.3 per share for Q2 only, representing 3% of the nominal value. The total distribution amounts to SAR 746.16 million, payable to shareholders on record as of August 7, on August 21.
The ten listed Saudi banks on the Tadawul reported a combined net profit of approximately SAR 23 billion in Q2 2025, representing a 17.4% increase from SAR 19.5 billion in the same period in 2024.
