SEDCO Multi-Asset Fund to Distribute SAR 0.29 per Unit for H1 2025

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced on Sunday a cash dividend distribution to unit holders of the SEDCO Capital Multi Asset Traded Fund for the period from April 1 to June 30, 2025.

The total dividend stands at SAR 8.7 million, with a distribution of SAR 0.29 per unit, representing 2.93% of the fund’s net asset value.

The distribution will be based on 30 million outstanding units. Eligibility for the dividend will be determined at the end of trading on Thursday, July 31, 2025 (corresponding to 06 Safar 1447H). Payouts will commence on August 31, 2025.

The fund manager urged unitholders to update their personal information with the capital market institutions where their accounts are held, to ensure timely and direct deposit of their due dividends.
