Saudi Fisheries Submits Capital Increase Request to CMA
Saudi Fisheries Company announced on Thursday the submission of a capital increase request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) through a rights issue.
This came based on the Board of Directors’ recommendation to increase the Company’s capital through a rights issue of SAR 334,930,200, bringing the total capital after the increase to SAR 401,916,240.
