Retal Appoints Mohamed Ghorab as BOD Member
Retal Urban Development Co. announced on Monday the Decision of its Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Mohamed Abdel Qader Ghorab as a Member of the Audit Committee (an Independent Member from outside the Board), effective July 13, 2025, and until the end of the current Board of Directors’ term on May 25, 2029.
