ProMedEx Signs SAR 15 Million Import and Sales Contract with Finnish Company

Professional Medical Expertise Company, also known as “ProMedEx,” announced on Thursday the signing of a contract with Serres Oy, a Finnish company that specializes in the development and manufacturing of products for the management and suction of surgical fluids, including suction pads, suction liners, and Ceres suction assists. These products are used in over 80,000 specific surgeries worldwide daily.

Under the agreement, ProMedEx will exclusively import and sell Serres Oy’s products within the Saudi Arabian market, with the contract valued at SAR 15 million.

In a statement published on Tadawul, the company indicated that this contract is expected to positively impact its financial results starting from 2026. It is anticipated that total sales of Serres products over the next two years will reach approximately SAR 20 million.
