Nama Chemicals Appoints Saeed Bayounis to Board of Directors
Nama Chemicals Company announced the appointment of Eng. Saeed Ahmed Saeed Bayounis to its Board of Directors, filling a vacant seat with immediate effect.
The appointment will continue through the current Board term, which ends on February 16, 2029, the company said in a filing on Tadawul.
The decision remains provisional pending approval at the next General Assembly meeting, the company added.
