Miahona Invites shareholders to Attend EGM

Miahona Company announced on Monday that its Board of Directors invited shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM) (First Meeting), scheduled for August 18, 2025.

According to the Company’s statement on Tadawul, the right to attend is reserved for shareholders registered in the issuer’s shareholders’ record at the Depository Centre (Edaa) by the end of the trading session preceding the EGM, in accordance with the Company’s rules and regulations. Shareholders are also entitled to appoint a proxy from outside the Company’s Board of Directors.

Miahona clarified that the right to register to attend the EGM ends at its time, and that the right to vote on the General Assembly agenda for those present ends when the vote counting committee completes the vote count.

Miahona indicated that the EGM is valid if attended by shareholders representing half of the capital. A second meeting will be held under the same conditions if the quorum required for the First Meeting is not met. The Second Meeting will be held one hour after the scheduled time for the First Meeting. The Second Meeting will be valid if attended by shareholders representing a quarter of the capital
