Malath Insurance Forms New Audit Committee
Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. announced on Sunday the formation of its new Audit Committee for the current board term, effective from June 17, 2025, for a three-year period.
The members are:
- Mr. Said Ahmed Al-Ghamdi
- Mr. Abdullah Abdalaziz Al-Omair
- Mr. Mishal Fahad Al-Shorihy
- Ms. Bashaer Abdullah Al-Turki
