Lana Announces Award of SAR 3.6 Mln Medical Waste Transport Project

Lana Medical Company announced on Thursday the award of a project to transport medical waste from healthcare facilities in the First Riyadh Health Cluster to the Ministry of Health. The contract is valued at SAR 3.6 million. The contract will be valid for 60 months, starting from the date of site receipt, after the contract is signed and approved by the Ministry of Finance.

The Company explained that this award is an extension of Lana’s strategy to strengthen its leadership in the environmental services sector in the Kingdom, effectively contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in the field of environmental sustainability, and implementing global best practices in waste management. The financial impact of the project is expected to be evident starting in the fourth quarter of 2025.
