Knowledge Economic City (KEC) announced on Sunday the signing of a 25‑year development‑and‑lease contract valued at SAR 399.3 million with Riyadh Schools Holding Co., a subsidiary of the MiSK Foundation, to develop an educational complex in Madinah.
Annual rent starts at SAR 13.7 million, increasing over time.
The 20,000 m² campus will accommodate ≈1,800 students and deliver internationally accredited curricula.
KEC expects revenue to begin once the complex becomes operational.
The project aims to diversify income streams and enhance long-term financial sustainability.
