GAS Appoints Khalid AlDabal to Board of Directors

Gaz Arabian Services Co. has announced on Thursday that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Eng. Aref Khalid AlDabal (executive member) appointed Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman AlDabal to fill the vacant seat on the Board, effective immediately.

The newly appointed member will serve for the remainder of the current board term, which ends on December 31, 2028.

According to a company statement on Tadawul, Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman AlDabal holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Business Administration – Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in the United States. He brings over 10 years of experience in operations management, joint venture administration, technical services, and manufacturing. He also oversees the company’s IKTVA and local content programs.
