Electrical Industries Co. Reports 35.8% Rise in Q2 Profit to SAR 136.7 Million

Electrical Industries Company (EIC) has reported on Thursday a net profit of 136.7 million riyals ($36.4 million) for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, a 35.8% increase from 100.6 million riyals a year earlier.

Operating profit rose 33.8% year-on-year to 150 million riyals, compared to 112 million riyals in the same quarter of 2024.

Earnings per share climbed to 0.23 riyals from 0.16 riyals in the prior-year period.

The profit growth was driven by higher sales, which rose to 531.4 million riyals from 494.9 million riyals, a diversified product mix, and an increase in sales of higher-margin products.
