Edarat Signs Contract with BSF Capital to Design Sahayeb Data Center Expansion

Edarat Communications and Information Technology Co. announced on Wednesday the signing of a new contract with Saudi Fransi Capital (BSF Capital) for the design of the Sahayeb Data Center expansion.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, the contract’s value exceeds 25% of Edarat’s total annual revenue for the fiscal year 2024.

The company expects this agreement to have a positive impact on its financial results starting in Q2 2025.
