Derayah REIT Obtains Kuwaiti Court Ruling against Branch of Al-Amaliyah Hotels Company, Obligating It to Pay SAR 13.7

Derayah Financial Company (“Fund Manager”), in its capacity as Manager of Derayah REIT Fund (“Fund”), announced on Monday that it received a notification from the Fund’s lawyer in Kuwait stating that a final court ruling had been issued by the Kuwaiti Court of Appeal in the case filed by the Fund against the branch of Al-Amaliyah Hotels Company (the previous tenant of the Motoon Tower property), obligating them to pay the fund an amount of SAR 13.7 million, representing uncollected rental payments related to the Motoon Tower property in Riyadh.
