Dar Al Riyadh Inks Agreement with Jabeen to Develop Residential Projects in Jubail

Dar Al Riyadh Company signed a cooperation agreement with Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (Jabeen) on Sunday to provide project management and supervision services for residential development projects in Jubail city.

Dar Al Riyadh CEO Abdullah bin Ali Al-Mustaneer and Jabeen CEO Eng. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Shamashir signed the agreement , with several executive leaders in attendance.

The deal will see Dar Al Riyadh provide management and supervision services for the development of 1,138 residential units in Jubail city, demonstrating both companies’ commitment to sustainable urban development and improving quality of life in industrial cities.

Al-Mustaneer said the agreement reinforces Dar Al Riyadh’s national role in delivering comprehensive consulting and engineering solutions that help build smart, sustainable cities aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 goals. He praised the strategic partnership with the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Jabeen Company as a leading model of public-private collaboration.

The partnership advances Jabeen’s strategic goals of delivering innovative, value-added services that boost industrial cities’ competitiveness and appeal while supporting economic growth and sector integration. The agreement also aims to maximize returns from Royal Commission assets by converting them into sustainable investment opportunities and strengthening private sector partnerships to enhance operational efficiency while reducing reliance on government support.
