Bupa Arabia GA Approves SAR 600 Mln in 2024 Cash Dividends

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company (“Bupa Arabia”) announced on Tuesday the results of its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which included approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024. The dividends amount to SAR 600 million, or SAR 4 per share, representing 40% of the nominal value.

According to the Company, the dividends will be payable to shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly and are registered with the Depository Centre at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
