Armah Sports Company announced a net profit of SAR 27.5 million for the first half of 2025, representing a sharp 199% increase from SAR 9.2 million in H1 2024, based on its preliminary financial results for the period ending June 30, 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity (excluding minority interests) reached SAR 505.4 million, up 5.7% from SAR 478 million a year earlier.
Earnings per share (EPS) rose to SAR 0.84, compared to SAR 0.28 in the same period last year.
The profit growth was driven by strong revenue performance, improved margin efficiency, and a one-time gain of SAR 9.5 million from subleasing a plot of leased land to a developer for the construction of two fitness clubs. The company will lease back the facilities once construction is completed.
