Arabica Star Opens Nominations for Board of Directors

Arabica Star Company announced on Sunday the opening of nominations for its upcoming Board of Directors term, beginning today and continuing through August 19. The nomination process will result in the election of four board members.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the nomination process will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, as well as the company’s internal policies, standards, and procedures governing Board Membership.
