Alphabet CEO Joins Billionaires List

Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai has officially joined the list of billionaires, with a net worth of $1.1 billion, largely due to long-term compensation and a 0.02% stake in the $2.3 trillion company.

Although he lags behind the founders of major tech companies in wealth, Pichai’s stake has been boosted by Alphabet’s AI-fueled stock rally—even as he regularly sells shares under pre-scheduled trading plans, demonstrating a disciplined and well-known approach amid rising investor enthusiasm.

Sundar Pichai’s inclusion in the billionaires list comes after the tech giant’s Class A stock price rose 13% over the past month.

Pichai is an Indian-American computer engineer who currently serves as CEO of Google and previously served as vice president of Chrome and Android.
