Alkhabeer REIT Distributes SAR 14.8 Mln in Dividends to Unitholders for Q2

Alkhabeer Capital announced on Wednesday the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT Fund for the period from April 01, 2025, to June 30, 2025. The total dividends distributed amount to SAR 14.8 million. The value of the distributed dividend per unit is SAR 0.105, with a distribution percentage of the net asset value of 1.211%.

The Company stated in a statement that the number of outstanding units on which the cash dividends will be distributed is 141 million. The cash dividends will be payable to unitholders at the end of trading on Monday, August 11, 2025. The dividends will be paid within 40 business days from the distribution eligibility date.
