Alfakhera Elects Three New Members to Board of Directors

Alfakhera for Men’s Tailoring Company announced on Tuesday the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), where shareholders approved the election of three members to the Board of Directors to fill vacant seats. These members will serve for the remainder of the current term, which ends on June 17, 2026. The elected members are Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Haqil, Major bin Abdulaziz Al-Saqiyah, and Abdul-Ilah bin Muhammad Al-Tuwaijri.
