AICTEC Signs Agreement to Acquire 25% Stake in Sign Max

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) announced on July 28, 2025, that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 25% stake in Sign Max Advertising Company with the company’s owners for a total value of SAR 3 million.

In a statement on Tadawul, AICTEC confirmed that the acquisition will be financed through the company’s own  resources. The company noted that the deal aligns with its strategic objectives to strengthen its presence in the advertising industry, as well as in the organization and setup of exhibitions, conferences, and digital marketing. It also aims to expand the business base of AICTEC by leveraging the growing opportunities in the sector, in line with its strategic plans.

The financial impact of this transaction is expected to be reflected starting from the second half of the fiscal year 2025.
