ACWA Power Announces Final Day for Rights Issue Subscription

ACWA Power announced that Wednesday, July 16, 2025, marks the final day for subscribing to the company’s new shares under the ongoing rights issue.

The company clarified that eligibility is limited to shareholders who owned shares by the close of trading on the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting and were registered in the shareholders’ register maintained by the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) as of 30 June 2025.

ACWA Power urged shareholders and other eligible investors interested in subscribing to contact their respective brokerage firms to confirm the hours during which subscription orders can be placed prior to the end of the offering period.
