Adeer Real Estate Approves SAR 25 Million Cash Dividend for H1 2025

Adeer Real Estate Co. said its board approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 25 million for the first half of 2025.

The dividend amounts to SAR 5 per share for shareholders holding 5 million shares, representing 50% of the nominal value, the company said in a statement on Tadawul. Payout is scheduled for 21 August 2025.

Shareholders who do not receive the deposit may visit any Banque Saudi Fransi branch to collect their dividend in cash with a valid ID, or contact the bank’s toll-free number for assistance.
