TMC CEO Resigns; Mohamed El Sayed Appointed Acting CEO

Twareat Medical Care Co. announced on Sunday that its CEO and Managing Director, Amer bin Mohammed AlAmer, has resigned, effective June 21, 2025.

The company said the decision was made to enhance focus on the Board and the Executive Committee. Mohamed Tarek Mohamed El Sayed has been appointed Acting CEO effective June 22, 2025, until the end of the current board term on May 10, 2029.

El Sayed brings extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, and previously worked with listed companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and several professional certifications.
