Tadawul approves Listing Government Debt Instruments from a Previously Listed Category

The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) announced approval of the Ministry of Finance’s request to list previously listed government debt instruments, in accordance with the listing rules. The total value of these instruments is SAR 2.355 billion. The details are as follows:

1. Increase in Issue No. 10-01-2019 (Tadawul Code: 5274) by SAR 1,175,000,000, bringing it to SAR 27,613,517,000.
2. Increase in Issue No. 15-01-2024 (Tadawul Code: 5339) by SAR 650,013,000, bringing it to SAR 21,490,787,000.
3. Increase in issue No. 12-04-2024 (Trade Code: 5344) by SAR 5,000,000, bringing it to SAR 27,747,474,000.
4. Increase in issue No. 09-08-2023 (Trade Code: 5333) by SAR 500,010,000, bringing it to SAR 42,142,129,000.
5. Increase in issue No. 01-07-2017 (Trade Code: 5245) by SAR 25,001,000, bringing it to SAR 1,611,689,000.

The increase will be included starting Thursday, June 26, 2025.
